Youth are powerful but often need skills like confidence, leadership, and a global perspective to shape their future. The Global Leadership Academy, for ages 14-18, helps build these skills through a dynamic 2-week summer program in Suffolk, England. Packed with hands-on activities, community service, historical sights, and unique experiences, no day is the same. Participants step out of their comfort zones, discover their potential, and grow as leaders. Tuition includes program materials, emergency health insurance, airport transportation, and six months of online coaching to support ongoing personal development.
Which GLA UK experience is right for you?
Global Leadership Academy UK
This 2-week leadership academy is designed to equip students ages 14-18 with the skills and knowledge to develop individual community leadership projects with the intention of creating positive change. Students spend the first week focusing on skill building, teamwork, and gaining confidence, with the second week dedicated to better understanding themselves, the world around them, and how exactly they want to make a difference. Then, with the support of our coaches, they make a step-by-step plan to do just that, along with a presentation to share their vision.

Best of England Tour (add-on)
The Best of England Tour offers an action-packed, activity-filled tour program after the Global Leadership Academy concludes. Including 3 nights in the London area, youth will enjoy exciting daily adventures including visits to museums, beaches, famous shopping streets, historical sights, universities, and top local attractions. We recommend the GLA + Best of England Tour package for any international participants interested in extending their visit and exploring more of England with us!
