We provide all our own materials and cover 100% of our own travel and accommodation costs.
How to Get Started
The first step is contacting us! Submit our custom program inquiry form and we will get back to you as soon as possible to set up a free, no-pressure discovery call.
Once we connect, we will conduct a free discovery call with you to discuss the following in more detail:
- Your school/organization and your desired learning outcomes
- Workshop schedule options
- Host requirements for space and students
- Possible workshop dates
We will then send you a proposal that includes a suggested program schedule, facilitator details, and pricing.
Of course, we cannot say “yes” to all youth leadership training workshop requests but for those we decline, we hope to find a means to include them in our future travel plans.
Once the proposal has been accepted, we will make an agreement and start getting your program ready!
Our facilitators travel to you (we handle our own travel and accommodation arrangements!), and engage your students in a unique, hands-on leadership program designed just for you.
Once the workshop is over, we hear that many students and teachers have a renewed excitement for leadership opportunities at the school and community service. This, of course, is one of our key goals! We also provide other additional benefits to students, teachers, and schools… :
- Motivate students from all academic performance levels to understand and develop critical leadership soft skills
- Bring students together as a group with games and challenges designed to build teamwork and communication skills
