Admissions Process

Submit your application by clicking our APPLY NOW buttons or links. Select the specific program(s) dates you wish to attend. If you require financial scholarship support, please indicate that on your application and submit your scholarship essay or a link to a video submission with your application.

To officially register for a program, we must receive an initial non-refundable deposit to reserve your place into the program(s).  We will then issue an official letter of registration and immigration custodian letter which required to receive a tourist VISA or/and enter the country. You may pay the non-refundable deposit as well as the remaining tuition balance at once or in installments.

Parents/guardians for youth must complete and return our two mandatory admissions forms: Powerful Youth Medical Health Form | Medical Form General Registration Waiver

Please arrange and share with us your flight/travel to/from designated airports so that we can arrange pick-up and drop-off from that airport.

We are happy to help you research and select the best possible flights through our partnership with StudentUniverse.com

Please also check if you need to apply for a tourist Visa or Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA). Participants need only a “visitor” visa. You do not need a custodian declaration form to attend our programs. Please know that we will issue a registration and immigration/custodian letter required for obtaining a visa only after we receive a deposit payment.
