Youth are powerful but often need skills like confidence, leadership, and a global perspective to shape their future. The Global Leadership Academy, for ages 14-18, helps build these skills while experiencing a rich international experience in Kenya. With hands-on activities, community service, outdoor adventures, and new experiences, each day offers fresh challenges that inspire growth and leadership. Tuition includes full room and board, all program supplies and activity fees, 24/7 supervision (1:6 ratio), local emergency health insurance, and airport transfers.

The Global Leadership Academy combines the best of a summer camp, pre-university program, service trip, leadership training, and international experience all into ONE unforgettable program! Our award-winning experiential learning approach means youth don’t just learn about leadership – they experience it every day through engaging games, activities, challenges, projects, and reflections. All programming works towards our four core learning objectives: developing leadership skills, gaining confidence, creating a global mindset, and positively impacting the community. Participants will also get to explore the natural beauty of Kenya and volunteer with local impact organizations!

Academy & Kenyan Culture and Safari Tour
21-day leadership & tourism program for ages 14-18
The Kenyan Culture and Safari Tour offers an action-packed, activity-filled tour program after the 14-day Global Leadership Academy concludes. Tour participants will stay in hotels and ecolodges in multiple regions of Kenya and enjoy exciting daily adventures including safari trips, marine excursions, historical visits, and cultural experiences! We recommend the Global Leadership Academy & Kenyan Culture and Safari Tour package for international participants interested in combining their leadership development with tourism.
