Admissions Process

Submit your application with our easy online application form. Select the specific program location and dates you wish to attend. If you require financial scholarship support, please indicate that on the online application and submit your written or video scholarship application separately (learn more here). 

After being accepted into the program, we must receive a $200 deposit to officially register in the program.  We will then issue an official letter of registration and immigration custodian letter which is required to receive a tourist visa or/and enter the country. You may pay the deposit as well as the remaining tuition balance at once, or in installments.

Parents/guardians for youth must complete and return our two mandatory admissions forms.

Please arrange and share with us your travel plans to/from designated airports so that we can arrange pick-up and drop-off from that airport, which is included in the tuition fees.

We are happy to help you research and suggest the best possible flights.

Please also check if you need to apply for a tourist Visa or Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA). Participants need only a “visitor” visa. You do not need a custodian declaration form to attend our programs. Please know that we will issue a registration and immigration/custodian letter required for obtaining a visa only after we receive the deposit payment.
