Co-Founder and Director of Impact
As a professional educator with 10+ years of youth development experience, David Charron is passionate about supporting youth with the vision and tools to create a better future for themselves and others. His previous leadership experience included transforming the lives of young adults in New York City serving as the Program Director for a $2.3 million youth career development program. In this role he collaborated on many innovative public/private partnerships to provide young adults with training and career opportunities. Most recently was an Associate Director for career counseling at the University at Buffalo School of Management. Other leadership roles included: teacher, program coordinator, organizational consultant, outdoors instructor, and professional actor.
He earned his BA in Psychology and Theater from Bates College, as well as his MBA at the University of Buffalo as a WNY Prosperity Scholar concentrating in Management Consulting.
