Our 2-week summer leadership programs for youth are designed to engage international students regardless of their academic or language abilities. Open to high school students ages 15 to 18, this leadership training program builds self-confidence, leadership soft skills and global perspective while helping teens create meaningful change in their lives and the lives of others through our award-winning experience-based learning approach.

Junior Global Leadership Academies for Youth ages 12 to 14
Our newest youth leadership program is designed to develop critical thinking and compassion in young leaders through a design thinking approach. This summer camp is a unique opportunity for international teens ages 12 to 14 to start their leadership journey (or take their next steps!) surrounded by passionate young people from around the world and supported by our knowledgeable staff.
